1971 GTO Convertible $62,000.00
1971 Real "242" GTO Convertible Frame Off Restored Owned Ex-Gov Kentucky Louie Nunn
Frame off restored ten years ago with over $50,000.00 in cost, has had over $15,000.00 in work done just last year to refinish the complete restoration to as new condition today.
ORIGINAL born with drive train with the correct GTO engine, transmission, rear end, sheet metal a lot of other parts. Repainted in original Lucerne Blue with dealer added Judge stripes. Interior has original bucket seat and rear seats with new carpet and floor mats, air conditioning added, new wiring harness, new original horn rim-blow blue steering wheel, original wood grain and engine turned dash, original console, original seat belts....the list goes on and on.
The engine was rebuilt, carb just rebuilt, new Ram Air Hood and system added, new battery, engine compartment detailed (pic does not show new air conditioning-see install pics included), new suspension, new exhaust, new springs and shocks, Red Line tires, original Rallye Wheels, new white convertible top and boot, again the list goes on and on! Too much to list.
Call to ask any questions. It has the Original Protecto Plate showing Nunn buying it as well as the original Sales Brochure and Owners Manual too. Do not let the REAL GTO get away from you!

I cannot express how nice this GTO is and a pleaseure to drive. You must come see it. One of the nicest 1971 GTO's in the country. 1 0f only 505 built that year.

While there were 243,000 Camaros produced for the extended 1969 model year, only 20,302 were Z/28s. The first-generation Camaro Z/28s are among the most collectible and sought-after Camaros ever produced. It has been authenticated, certified and inspected by Jerry MacNeish of Camaro High Performance, Inc., and it also retains its original trim plate.
This 1969 Camaro, vin #124379N588812 has been certified by Camaro Hi-Performance. According to our data base and historical Chevrolet records, this car is an original Z28 302-290 horsepower V-8 with Muncie M20 4-speed transmission and factory 12-bolt rear axle.
This Z28 Camaro coupe and drive train have been certified as real and authentic. The exterior and interior colors are original and correct for this vehicle and match the trim identification tag on the firewall.
Summary; very nice Z28 that has been restored and is on the way to being completed.
Mileage shows 2779 miles. It has been disconnected so we do not feel this is correct!
